Wedding Planning Tip!

Just got engaged and already set the date! A nice way to introduce your wedding date is at your Engagement Party with your closest family and friends! Hand out your save-the-dates to those that are invited to the Engagement Party and mail out the rest to your invited guests that you want to attend the wedding! It cuts the cost of stamps used and it also makes those at your engagement party feel even more special!!

Happy Planning!

HE said Yes!

There's a new trend beginning to pop up and it involves Popping the Question! I've heard about women asking their significant others to marry them and honestly I've thought about doing it myself (Just Thoughts, lol) and while many women seem to think it's a great idea, I don't know if I agree?

Marriage is about a union between a guy and a girl and proposing in the traditional days were left to the guy to take care of. The guys role in introducing the idea of marriage is to first ask the girls parents permission and then romantically ask his one true love to marry him. The element of surprise is what makes the proposal so memorable. Besides are woman really going to start buying their own wedding rings and after he says yes ask him to put it on her finger. He should have the enjoyment of finding the ring that he feels is most complimentary of his love, Right? Right!

It is very clear that when it comes to marriage and planning the wedding tradition is not the number one factor. However, I feel that the surprise of the proposal should be one tradition to be kept the same. WeTV has a new show called "Jilted?" and it's all about the woman giving him the ultimatum: Marry me...or lose me forever! It comes on Sundays at 10/9c

Honestly, I still have mixed feelings towards the show none the less i am still going to watch it and so should you. I do understand that deep desire to become married to the one you love, yet as much as a dream about the way he will propose {I want HIM to propose, not me!} I mean a girl does dream and I have even thought about proposing to him using the Taco Bell Sauce Packets, since they have one that says, Will You Marry Me? lol.  But it is only a thought, besides I think he will be sad if I took that job away from him. Like I said a girl can dream..lol. And I will dream on until he pops the question!

I want to know what you think:
Would you propose to your man if you felt he was taking to long? Ladies I want to know how you feel about this! Guys your welcome to comment too.

Good Luck All!

Wedding of Mr & Mrs Robinson

Mr & Mrs Robinson were an amazing couple to work with. They were married on Sunday Oct 3, 2010 in Williamstown, NJ. Working with Jennifer had been a real pleasure. From the beginning we had lots of laughs, many adventures, and were able to work together to be sure their vision came to life!

Let's meet the groom: Mr Michael Robinson.
He had his hands in the making of the favors, menu cards, and programs! He looked sharp in his white suite and was accompanied by his friends.

Now it's time to meet the Bride: Mrs. Jennifer Robinson!
She involved some bold color in her day with her shoes and accessories and was beautified up my Make-Up Artist, Nikki of La Mode and Hairstylist Shurkriyyah Parham.

Working with Mr & Mrs Robinson was a lot of fun! We also had a lot of fun putting together the favors, escort cards, and table names! Even picking out the design and flowers for the Cake, by DiBartolo's Bakery!

Mr & Mrs Robinson shared their wedding day with 75 family and friends with an evening Sunday Wedding!

Wedding of Mr & Mrs Givens

Mr & Mrs Jeneva & Aaron Givens were married on September 25th 2010. They exchanged vows & had their first dance at their home church in an intimate setting with 60 of their closest family and friends.

Mr. Aaron Givens showed up in style with his all white modern cut tux from Men's Warehouse! It was Mr. Givens who selected this awesome Royal Blue Color, while Mrs. Givens added Pumpkin, White & Grey to the color scheme.

Mrs. Jeneva Givens was a Bride who loved a bold look!
She fell in love with these fab blue shoes, which matched their royal blue color scheme.

Mrs Givens make-up was done by Nikki of La Mode Consulting

It's Okay To Be Picky!

This post is for the Engaged Couples who are in the searching process for vendors!

Congratulations! You are now engaged, hopefully you have had time to celebrate your engagement by having a party with family & friends. If not, do so..enjoy the bubbly moments.

You've set the date! September 23, 2011 and now you have begun calling every Wedding Planner, Photographer, Venue, Caterer, Dj, & other vendors in your desired location. You have went online and left quotes on almost every website so you can be able to compare prices and see what would be best for your wedding day!

I applaud you for doing your research and not going with the first vendor that has smiled big at you and said here is a discount~ I see you are looking for quality and professionalism for your special day!

A great tip that I would like to leave with you is:

"It's okay to be picky, but call back!"

Being sure you have the best of the best is important, however every business you contact is a business and once you inquire about their services, unless you call back and say never mind..they may call you again to check in once or twice! We like to call it Customer Service! We appreciate your interest and do understand that we will not book every prospective client who we come in contact with! So with that being said, an innocent 5 minute courtesy call or email will do the job letting us know if you have decided to go in another direction!

Happy Planning!

I love originality so this is just what I have been looking for, for my business facebook page!
Find Beautiful Beyond Dreams, LLC on Facebook by typing:

The Process!
The process is quite simple:
2. Type in a customized url and check if it is available, if it is press submit!
3. Make sure you read clearly because once you hit submit there is no going back!

I love my business page Facebook url that I am thinking about creating one for my personal page.

It Cost How Much! Part 2

Creating the Decor Wedding Look was my favorite! Having such a strong passion for designing, I like to look at things upside down sometimes. Upside down? Yes, I like to look at things and see how I can make it different or create a similar look for less and sometimes that means turning it upside down to figure it out!

The Decor Wedding Look came from a few different angles of inspiration. I love pearls, so that had to be incorporated and I feel that weddings should always have a lot of candles, even more than what I used! The colors of the linens(which I picked first and built the look around it, and the clear glass plates!

My favorite part of this design was taking different size glass pieces from inside my kitchen and putting them together. For this look we purchased the 4 glass plates, a silverware set, & the linens, everything else we own & found in the kitchen!!
Total cost for the Decor Wedding Look was $14.00

Take a look below to learn about some of the glass pieces we used!

In this centerpiece we have a large china bowl, a glass vase, an upside down cake holder, & 7 dessert bowls

This white & silver set is my family china that has been passed down through many generations, and it still makes a mark!

It Cost How Much! Part 1

Beautiful Beyond Dreams, LLC focuses on the details and wants to create a look that will amaze your guests! No one will ever no how much you saved, because it will look like to spent a million bucks!

To give you an idea of what we can do, and this is just the top of the creative bag; keep reading below to see the first of two different looks and how much we spent! Each look has items that were brought and items that we already owned or found around the house. We like to think out of the box!

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

The first look we created was the Party Decor Look!

The thought process behind this look was bold colors but blending colors. As a planner I am always pulling from inspiration. This look was inspired by the plates!

We brought 4 yellow designed plates, a set of silverware, & the linens; everything else we own & found around the house.
The total cost of the Party Decor Look equaled: $13.50
